JOB DESCRIPTION::
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and Salesforce enhancements.
- Gather and document business requirements, creating detailed user stories and process flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and project managers, to define and prioritize requirements.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom objects.
- Perform data analysis and data migration activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and deliver training materials and support end-users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features.
- Conduct system testing, create test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to provide proactive recommendations for system improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and related applications.
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of project goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a business analyst with a focus on Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in creating detailed business requirements documents, user stories, and process flows.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom objects.
- Familiarity with data migration, data management, and data integrity best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
