Job Description:

Data Intelligence Engineer who bridges data engineering with Generative AI to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Intelligence (50%)

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes across structured and unstructured data sources.

• Integrate data from various Enterprise SORs and workflow tools to create process-level visibility.

• Build and maintain data models, warehouses, and lakes for analysis and reporting.

• Collaborate with analysts and business teams to develop dashboards and real-time metrics.

• Use SQL, Python, Vertica SQL to ensure data quality and lineage.

Gen AI & Advanced Analytics (50%)

• Customize GenAI applications (using approved LLMs) for process mining, task mining summarization, anomaly detection.

• Integrate organization-approved foundation models (like Llama, Google Gemini etc.) into Agentic task-based workflows.

• Partner with Process Excellence and Ops teams to ideate

Required Qualifications

• 5 years in Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI-focused roles.
• Experience with process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, etc.)
• Proven experience with cloud-based data pipelines, preferably GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow) or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of SQL, Python, and data transformation tools .
• Exposure to or hands-on work with Generative AI, LLMs (like Llama, Google Gemini, OpenAI etc.) , or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
• Experience working on cross-functional process improvement initiatives using data.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into decisions.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of RAG architectures and enterprise chatbots.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI solutions or frameworks.
