Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in data governance, data quality management, or data stewardship within a modern data platform.
- 2 years of experience in analytics development, including basic ETL and dashboard creation in a cloud-based environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proven expertise in Databricks, with in-depth knowledge of Unity Catalog implementation and best practices for data governance
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Domo, Power BI) and integrating them with Databricks
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and data security frameworks.
- Relevant certifications in Databricks, data governance, or analytics are a plus.
