Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior SSO Analyst/Engineer to support integration efforts following a series of recent acquisitions. This role is ideal for a seasoned identity and access management (IAM) professional with deep expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO) frameworks and authentication strategies. The primary focus will be on assessing, planning, and executing the migration of acquired entities' applications into the company's centralized authentication platform.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct a discovery and inventory of applications requiring migration to centralized authentication systems.
- Analyze and understand account ownership, data structures, and user access from acquired entities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SSO integration plans aligned with the organization’s identity framework.
- Support authentication and identity integration leveraging Entra, Okta, and GSuite platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and acquired entity stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding into the IAM ecosystem.
- Act as a subject matter expert on SSO and IAM best practices, security, and governance.
- Work cross-functionally across global teams (some acquired entities are based in Europe).
- Proactively and regularly report status with clear visibility to critical path milestones.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate well with team members across acquired companies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in SSO setup, authentication strategies, and identity lifecycle management.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Google Workspace (GSuite).
- Strong understanding of application ownership, user accounts, and data access controls.
- Demonstrated ability to lead discovery, planning, and execution phases independently.
- Familiarity with IAM policies, protocols, and security frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Must be able to work effectively in Central and Eastern time zones.
