Position Details: This is a hybrid position, primarily remote, with periodic in-office meetings.

Purpose: The State of Arizona is developing a centralized portal to provide Arizonans with a user-friendly entry point for accessing health and human services. This single point of entry will uniquely identify each individual, simplifying access to prioritized services offered by state health and human service agencies.

In support of this initiative, ADHS seeks assistance with the assessment, prioritization, and future state technical design of their most critical citizen-centric services.

Description: The Arizona Department of Health Services is looking for a Full Stack Engineer/Data Architect with expertise in designing, governing, and implementing the organization s data and integrating master data across all business units and systems. This role requires experience in MDM solutions, data modeling, integration, and governance practices. The scope of work includes understanding the current MDM architecture and assessing planned MDM functionality, integration needs, and desired architecture.

Must Have Skills :

• 5 years of experience in data architecture, MDM, and data governance (e.g., Informatica, TAMR, SQL)
• 5 years of experience in application & integration services (e.g., Salesforce, .NET framework, ASP.NET, WebAPI, REST APIs, SOAP)
• 5 years of experience in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
• 5 years of experience in data management frameworks, data integration, and ETL processes (e.g., Matillion, AWS Glue)
• 3 years of experience in data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
