Title: Sr. PM
Duration: 6 months
Location: Southfield, MI -Onsite Hybrid (2-3x/week, but onsite fully for the 1st couple of weeks to train)

They need to Grow as a company
Current challenge – overloaded with work minimal structure in place from a standard PMO perspective
Domain/Projects: network infrastructure refresh – also doing an acquisition (M&A)
Generalized – Jack of all trades – more elevated and experienced – if you had to choose, lean towards the network/infra, but ideally they will have some networking/infra and some M&A
Traditional PM experience
- Handle chaos well
- Hopes are they will come in and help build a true traditional PMO
- Supporting whole company and report to chris in ELT level
- They need someone mature enough to deal with Legacy people and still have the EQ to be firm yet patient
- Strong independent person that has high EQ – can raise the flag if things are sideways
- Be focused on new and growth and not get sucked into the existing BS
- Someone that can recommend how to stand up traditional and proper way – PMO
- strong individual
- Play nice in sandbox cannot be bull in china shop
- Formally trained principles in Project management
- Culture fit – important
- Internal dynamics – just need a good human – “grown adult” – very motivated and positive like lets embrace everything that goes wrong and just fix it!
