Job Description:
Lululemon is seeking a Systems Analyst experienced in Learning Management Systems (preferably Docebo) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will analyze technology systems and related processes, identifying and designing improvements to support business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with engineering and systems teams to deliver cost-effective solutions for small to medium projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from business analysts and document technical specifications.
- Define minimum feature sets and user acceptance criteria.
- Assess configuration options to meet requirements and specifications.
- Apply growing expertise in system features and technology standards.
- Troubleshoot and investigate root causes of system issues, documenting technical solutions.
- Assist in testing processes and participate in test phases before UAT.
- Update technical specifications based on testing results, prioritized defects, or lessons learned post-release.
- Support communication and coordination during application/system deployments.
- Ensure application availability and define SLAs for operational readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on best practice solutions for delivering business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, with a strong preference for experience in Learning Management Systems (Docebo preferred).
- Strong technical documentation and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with configuration options, feature sets, and system technology standards.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver results.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
