JOB DESCRIPTION::
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of related experience in application development and system analysis.
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in a technical or related field.
Develops and maintains system documentation to assist in modernization of DTC and NSCC security Masterfile functions, and the migration from legacy. Is familiar with different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and leads team in process best practices of chosen methodology.
6 years’ experience with COBOL, DB2, Native COBOL stored procedures, SRR programs
Experience with CICS, MQ
2 years technical team leadership experience
