Position Summary :
A Child Care Aide works with the Child Care Coordinator to facilitate a stimulating and developmentally appropriate environment which promotes social growth and self-esteem after school hours.
Requirements :
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Current first aid and CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain.
Reliable attendance is required.
All additional trainings will be provided.
Must pass a background check.
Other Skills and Abilities :
Ability to build quality relationships with children, parents and staff.
Maintain the confidentiality of all information regarding students.
Perform duties within a structured daily schedule and with an awareness of all program standard operating practices and requirements.
