- Coach and develop the kitchen staff to operate to Sickies standards
- Work with fellow managers to obtain weekly budget goals
Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily operations of kitchen
- Train and develop new kitchen members
- Maintain staffing levels in kitchen
- Adhere to all safety guidelines
- Weekly Inventories and Schedules
- Maintains a clean and fun work environment
- Communicates regularly with fellow managers and General manager
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills
- 2 plus years similar experience
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
