Starmark Hospitality, a rapidly expanding restaurant group, is seeking a driven and well-presented Sales person to lead the growth of Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews in Las Vegas. This is a traditional outside sales position focused on lead generation, client meetings, and deal closing for corporate catering and in-house events. The right candidate will have strong closing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage a sales pipeline while engaging high-end corporate clients. There is also potential for expanding your territory and some travel as we continue to grow.Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and engage potential clients from a targeted leads list, focusing on corporate catering and in-house events.🔹 Schedule & Conduct Meetings – Secure and attend meetings with decision-makers, professionally presenting Sickies Garage’s catering services.🔹 Sales Pipeline Management – Own the sales process from first contact to contract, ensuring deals are closed and long-term relationships are built.🔹 Closing Experience – Demonstrate expertise in closing sales, handling objections, creating urgency, and securing client commitments.🔹 Client Relationship Management – Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.🔹 Professional Representation – Act as a trusted brand ambassador, maintaining high standards in appearance, communication, and business conduct.
