Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage and optimize purchasing processes, working with operations to ensure cost- effective procurement.
- Oversee vendor management, negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and payment terms to drive cost savings.
- Implement and oversee financial technology solutions, including accounting software, ERP systems, and automated reporting tools.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, leveraging technology for real-time analytics and insights.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and procurement budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Analyze vendor performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Develop and enforce internal financial controls, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights to executive leadership, supporting strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a technology-driven and data-focused financial culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in financial technology systems, including ERP platforms, automated reporting tools, and AI-driven financial analytics.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, and vendor management.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with financial controls, regulatory compliance, and cash flow management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to streamline accounting and reporting processes using technology.
