Job Description:
The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. They will interact with customers to provide information on the products and other questions they may have. They will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and complaints by communicating with the sales team to create solutions.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields for Health Insurance preferred.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service is required.
- Must have excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills.
- Must be able to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to assume responsibility for their work and complete it with attention to detail.
- Must possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively on projects simultaneously.
