Responsibilities
- Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guaranteeing satisfaction of customers
- Keep up to date with incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers
- Properly answer sales calls
- Learn, use and perfect CRM
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic to succeed both professional and personally.
- Great attitude and positive outlook
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to provide exceptional customer service, customer follow up and ability to generate new business
- Comfortable with commission based compensation
- Outgoing and friendly personality while handling objections and negotiating price
- Professional appearance, oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a highly energized, fast paced, adaptive environment
- Flexible schedule with Saturdays required
- Bilingual is a plus
