Business Analyst
Location: Sacramento, CA - with ability to travel between Exton, PA and Sacramento, CA

Job Summary
The Business Analyst will play a key role in capturing and documenting business requirements for enterprise applications, specifically Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) systems. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, system analysts/administrators, and other IT teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable work items. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and enterprise application workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in an enterprise IT environment.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, process documentation, and system analysis.
- Experience working with CRM and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) applications.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar workflow documentation tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- May require occasional travel for stakeholder meetings and workshops.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise-level IT projects related to CRM, PPM, or ERP applications.
- Knowledge of data modeling, process automation, and integration concepts.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
