Laborer

Job Title: Laborer (Construction and Mitigation)

Sid Grinker Restoration is seeking a hardworking and talented Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with construction and mitigation projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in both areas and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with construction projects, including demolition, framing, drywall installation, and painting

- Assist with mitigation projects, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage restoration

- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in construction and mitigation preferred

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
