POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES :
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing member / guest questions and needs, providing an overall welcoming environment, and performing ad hoc administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greet and welcome staff, members and guests in a warm and friendly manner as soon as they arrive and answer any questions they have
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
QUALIFICTIONS :
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an office environment and hands-on experience with office equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Exceptional multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks with limited guidance
Superior customer service skills and friendly demeanor and professional attitude and appearance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Team player with excellent organizational skills
Punctual and strong attendance history
Previous sales experience preferred but not required
Flexibility required
Compensation details : 20-20 Hourly Wage
