The Crew is hiring a Senior Project Manager who will be pivotal in driving impactful DOT and Municipal construction projects while fostering leadership within the company. The Crew is a utility sub-contractor, based in Zebulon, NC, focusing on a higher purpose than just laying pipe. The Crew's mission is to raise up construction leaders to have a generational impact. The company does this by creating a catalytic work environment, providing practical life training during an employees time with The Crew, and using the talents of our coaches, just like in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale, complex utility projects (e.g., municipal or DOT work), ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, communicating effectively to manage expectations, provide updates, and address challenges.
Allocate resources efficiently, manage project budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational success.
Identify potential risks, proactively develop contingency plans, and mitigate issues to ensure project continuity.
Continuously enhance project management tools, methodologies, and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and The Crews policies while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Skills and Experience
Experience in utilities or sitework projects.
Experience with DOT and Municipal projects.
Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients by maintaining open communication, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring their expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting experience.
Proficiency in construction management tools and technology (Bluebeam).
