About the Role
As a Legal Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting and improving the operations of Sidecar Health's legal department. Reporting to the Vice President of Legal and working closely with business stakeholders, this position offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable subject matter expertise within a highly regulated industry.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement legal department tools and processes to support the day-to-day operational needs of the legal team
- Assist in drafting and maintaining organizational documents and document management systems, including corporate governance, contracts, and other legal documents
- Assist in the organization and management of legal department projects
- Assist with insurance product filings and document development
- Support various additional administrative tasks

Sidecar Health adopts a market-based approach to compensation, where base pay varies depending on location and is further influenced by job-related skills and experience. The current expected salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000.
