What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Coordinator, Client Services position at Sidecar?
We are looking for a spirited and driven Account Coordinator to join our account management team, where you will be a key liaison between our creative team and our amazing clients within the fast-paced beverage industry.
REQUIREMENT SUMMARY:
- Must have existing work experience with a creative/marketing agency (internships are included)
- Must showcase strong project management and organizational skills
- Must have strong skills in Keynote, Excel, Google Docs/Slides, etc. and is tech-savvy enough to learn other tech programs
- Must be excited to learn a lot. But also have a lot of fun. We work in drinks, after all.

AS AN ACCOUNT COORDINATOR AT SIDECAR, YOU WILL…
- Support the account teams in client servicing, including day-to-day communications with clients, and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Assist with administrative work such as building status reports, taking meeting notes, coordinating project timelines, tracking budgets, and handling asset management.
- Work alongside Creative and Design teams to develop necessary creative assets through brief writing, creative reviews, production management, and presentation support.
- Have the opportunity to work on multiple accounts across the drinks category including integrated campaigns, brand strategy, social/digital programming, and content development.
- Be the gatekeeper of quality work, ensuring all creative ideas and execution touch points are on brief and meet the agency’s standard of excellence.
Applicants must be 21 and legally authorized to work in the United States.
YOU MUST HAVE…
- 1-2 years of work experience at a creative or marketing agency.
- Exemplary organizational skills with the ability to multi-task across different projects while maintaining a team-player mentality.
- An eye for design - comfortable working with designers to achieve excellence and have the ability to visualize and implement the premium aesthetic of our clients.
- Strong skills in Keynote, Excel, Google Docs/Slides, etc., and is tech-savvy enough to learn other tech programs to work collaboratively and effectively with remote team members.
- A glass-half-full personality - a resiliently positive attitude is key to the Sidecar ethos.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
