Speechcenter, A Sidekick Company, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based opening in Lexington, NC. This position can be full-time or part-time for CCC-SLPs.
Requirements: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and eligibility for North Carolina licensure (if CCC-SLP). You'll be expected to perform professional duties and adhere to the standards of care set by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as state and federal laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments to determine speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for student
- Provide speech therapy services to K-12 students
- Collaborate with school student support professionals to develop and implement plans
- Maintain accurate and complete state-required student records and documentation
- Educate students, staff and families on communication strategies
Desired Experience:
- Experience with children and a passion for play
- Collaboration desired with an exceptional student support team
- Strong knowledge related to speech and language disorders
