Sidley Austin LLP seeks an intern at the Firm’s New York office to assist its Corporate Responsibility and, from time to time, general Marketing initiatives, in the Firm’s Marketing department. Sidley is deeply committed to supporting local communities and nonprofit organizations through volunteerism, pro bono partnerships and nonprofit board placement. The intern will be exposed to the various stages of different Corporate Responsibility projects. This internship is 8-10 weeks during the 2025 summer, preferably beginning late May through late July.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform research
- Draft materials
- Organize volunteer events from inception to completion.
- Create and update spreadsheets.
- Assist with other general Marketing department tasks.
Target Salary Range
$20.00 per hour if located in New YorkQualifications

Education and/or Experience:Required:
- Undergraduate student currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Internet savvy
- Strong research, writing and organizational skills
- An interest in learning more about the world of Corporate Responsibility
