Summary
The Financial Analyst will support both the Manager and Senior Manager in the Strategic Planning and Analysis group. This person will be responsible for supporting the analytical and reporting needs of the Strategic Planning Group and will work with individuals across the Firm’s offices worldwide and at various levels. The primary responsibilities include financial analysis and reporting at an organization wide, office and group level, evaluating performance against financial targets, performing deep-dive analyses to provide insights into performance, preparation of monthly and quarterly internal financial reports, and other due diligence and ad hoc project-based analysis as required. The individual will work closely with both the Manager and Senior Manager in the Strategic Planning and Analysis group to prepare, evaluate and communicate results.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting for internal Firm needs and external Firm client requests.
- Support the preparation of materials for various meetings of Firm management.
- Perform due diligence and other analysis to support Firm initiatives and lateral growth opportunities.
- Communicate and prepare responses for external industry publications.
- Assist with researching and compiling industry benchmarking information.

Target Salary Range
$77,000 - $82,000 if located in IllinoisQualifications

Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 1 year of financial analysis experience.
- Advanced capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
