Summary
The Legal Recruiting Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the firmwide recruiting efforts, including the summer program, entry-level hiring, campus outreach, policy alignment and data tracking.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating firmwide logistics for the summer program including planning orientation, programming, and events
- Support select firmwide student engagement efforts such as See Yourself at Sidley series
- Coordinate updates to firmwide recruiting materials, student careers site, and other engagement platforms as needed
- Supporting sourcing, maintenance, and purchase of swag for recruiting and summer associate programs
- Creating and updating feedback surveys for recruiting process and summer associate program
- Liaise with social media team relating to recruiting content
- Liaise with various staff departments to support recruiting efforts
- Maintaining team documents and key templates in document management system and OneNote
- Coordinates team communications
- Conduct and track market research relating to key recruiting processes
- Assists updates to offer letters and liaise with key stake holders for approval
- Assisting with special project on various initiatives as needed
- Supports local offices as needed in busy periods
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. Target Salary Range
$75,000 - $90,000 if located in California, Illinois, or New YorkQualifications

Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of recruiting experience in a law firm environment or equivalent education and work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior experience with database management
