Summary
Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing various projects and will work with individuals across the Firm’s offices at various levels throughout the organization. The incumbent will work on projects in areas including expense management, procurement analysis, and vendor management. The Project Manager will also be involved in performing economic reviews and developing process improvements at both the Firm and office levels.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage projects of varying size and complexity from beginning to completion.
- Analyze and manage key vendor relationships, including the evaluation of the cost of services and the identification of cost savings opportunities.
- Assist with contract negotiation for key vendors and perform contract reviews, including the evaluation of pricing and contract terms.
- Support the budgeting and fixed asset needs of the Accounting Department.
- Oversee and implement various Firm and office initiatives.
- Manage and facilitate information requests.
- Perform various types of analysis to support Firm management and decision making, including: economic, cost/benefit and profitability.
- Ability to travel on an occasional basis (5%) and in some instances for an extended period of time for certain projects.

Target Salary Range
$96,800 – $110,000 if located in IllinoisQualifications

Education and/or Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive financial analysis and project management experience
- Demonstrated project management skills and demonstrated ability to keep projects moving forward and deliver results
- Advanced capabilities and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Public Accounting or Consulting experience
- Previous experience working with clients
