The Position: Social Services Director
Employment status: Full time Exempt position
Hours per two-week pay period: 80
Essential Job Functions:
- Works collaboratively with the team to address patients psycho-social needs in the inpatient and outpatient departments of the hospital.
- Assists individuals in meeting their needs related to the Social Determinants of Health.
- Supervises other staff within the Social Services Department.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in the health care setting.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Masters Degree in Social Work preferred.
Certifications and Licenses
- Licensure in Montana as a clinical Social Worker or eligible.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred.
