Job Description
Job Title : Accounts Receivables Specialist
Scope : An Account Receivable Specialist is responsible for securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, resolving discrepancies, and aiding in customer service.
They should also provide quick and efficient service to obtain minimal A / R aging and focus on customer satisfaction.
Reports to : Branch Supervisor and or Operations Manager
Hours : Full-Time Hourly Employee Monday-Friday 8 : 00AM- 5 : 00PM.
Essential Job Functions :
- Processing Payments and Applying them to Customer Accounts.
- Assist customers who desire to be setup on ACH.
- Aid in processing credit card transactions.
- Management of Special Handling customers.
Other Job Duties :
- Fill out credit references for customers.
- Aid is sending customers to Collections and writing off bad debt.
- Assist with applying PO numbers to Rent Invoices.
- Assist customers placing orders over the phone and through email.

- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous AR, Customer Service and Accounting based job experience is a plus but not required.
