Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with in-store purchases, process orders, and coordinate future deliveries.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support via phone and in-person interactions.
- Safely handle, transport, and load/unload products within the branch.
- Obtain necessary signatures to confirm and complete orders.
- Assist in mapping delivery routes when necessary.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in a physically active environment.
- Experience operating an electric lift, hand trucks, and pallet jacks is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure with effective stress management.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
