Job Description: The Application Architect role is more technical, focusing on engineering execution, paired programming, and maintaining scalable AI solutions.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in data science/engineering with paired programming support.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and collaborative work environments.
- Solid engineering/data science background with an understanding of technical execution and the impact of paired programming.
- Proven ability to remove impediments and foster a collaborative development environment.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and dependencies, particularly those related to paired programming.
- Ensure technical execution aligns with business objectives, delivering high-quality, production-ready AI solutions.
- Maintain technical standards to ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
