Job Description:

We are seeking a Dynatrace Administrator with APM expertise to manage and optimize application performance monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace deployment, configuration, and administration, ensuring proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and maintain Dynatrace APM solutions for monitoring application performance and infrastructure.
Implement best practices for performance monitoring, incident detection, and resolution.
Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Development teams to optimize system performance.
Develop custom dashboards, alerts, and reports for real-time system insights.
Analyze application performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
Support troubleshooting efforts for application latency, errors, and performance issues.
Ensure proper integration of Dynatrace with cloud and on-prem environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8-10 years of experience in Dynatrace administration and Application Performance Monitoring (APM).
Strong expertise in Dynatrace OneAgent, AppMon, Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Monitoring.
Hands-on experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes).
Experience integrating Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and ITSM platforms.
Strong troubleshooting skills with expertise in performance tuning, root cause analysis, and log analysis.
Familiarity with middleware technologies (WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss, etc.) and databases.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Dynatrace certification (Certified Associate or Professional).
Experience with Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools.
Scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting) for automation.
