Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, and forms.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement SharePoint functionalities accordingly.
- Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint applications to ensure optimal performance and usability.
- Create and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
- Implement SharePoint best practices and perform regular audits to ensure system integrity and security.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.
- Develop and deliver training on SharePoint usage and best practices to end-users.
- Stay updated on SharePoint features and technologies and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer or similar role with a minimum of 7 years.
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Proficiency with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST API.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for SharePoint management.
- Familiarity with content management systems and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Microsoft SharePoint certification.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
