About The Role
As a trainee for the Assistant Doughnut Boss position, you’ll embark on a sweet journey to learn the ins and outs of managing our doughnut shop. This is your chance to grow into a leadership role, starting from the basics and progressing to mastery. You’ll receive hands-on training from our experienced managers, gradually taking on more responsibility as you develop the skills needed to lead our team of doughnut devotees.
Training Responsibilities:
- Learn the Ropes: Begin by understanding all aspects of our doughnut shop operations, from sales and customer service to product quality and revenue generation.
- Assist in Training: Support the training of new employees, learning how to recruit, inspire, and equip them with the skills needed to succeed.
- Quality Control: Help uphold our high standards by ensuring every doughnut meets our quality expectations.
- Marketing Support: Participate in creative marketing initiatives to attract new customers and keep our loyal fans coming back.
- Inventory & Reports: Gain experience in managing inventory, sales reports, and employee performance metrics.
- Customer Service: Ensure every customer interaction is a delightful experience, providing support and resolving any issues that arise.
- Sales & Satisfaction: Contribute to efforts aimed at boosting sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Eager to Learn: No prior managerial experience required, but a passion for customer service and a desire to learn are essential.
- Team Player: Willingness to work closely with our team and grow together.
- Food Handler’s Card: Must obtain your county’s Food Handler’s Card.
- Flexibility: Ready to embrace a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
