As a Busser, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. From clearing tables with a smile to keeping everything spotless, you’re the behind-the-scenes hero that keeps the magic going.
What You’ll Do (Essential Functions)
Be the Table Transformer:
- Greet guests with a friendly and positive vibe as they enter.
- Clear tables of dishware and napkins with efficiency and care, returning them to the kitchen.
- Clean and sanitize tables after meals to maintain a pristine dining space.
Stock Star:
- Keep glassware, dishware, and silverware fully stocked and ready for action.
- Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments so every table is perfectly set.
Dining Room Dynamo:
- Keep the dining room sparkling, including floors, chairs, booths, and entryways.
- Assist servers with food delivery and any additional needs to keep service seamless.
Go the Extra Mile:
- Prepare and deliver beverages to customers when needed.
- Handle tasks assigned by management with a can-do attitude, keeping everything running smoothly.
What You Bring to the Table (Required Experience)
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
- Confidence in performing basic math for stock inventory management.
- A team-oriented mindset—you’re all about collaboration.
- Clark County Health Card (required).
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
The Physical Side of Bussing (Requirements)
- Continuous standing and walking throughout shifts.
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Comfort navigating a fast-paced environment while staying upbeat.
- Face-to-face interactions with guests that reflect our friendly Bagelmania energy.
