Overview:
The Siegel Group is seeking a dynamic and hardworking Community Relations Liaison to join our Siegel Cares team. This role is essential to fostering community connections, supporting residents, and ensuring the success of outreach and engagement events across our Siegel Suites and Siegel Select properties in over 21 states. The position will not be office-based every day, and daily responsibilities will vary, offering a flexible and diverse work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in community outreach and engagement events, representing the Siegel Group and the Siegel Cares program.
- Serve as the on-site representative at Siegel Cares events, including resident appreciation activities, resource fairs, and other community gatherings.
- Provide support and resources to Siegel Suites and Siegel Select residents, offering guidance and information relevant to their needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Siegel Cares events alongside the team, ensuring all activities run smoothly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local agencies, ensuring residents are connected to valuable resources.Travel frequently to various Siegel Suites and Siegel Select locations across the U.S. to support events and outreach efforts.
- Interact and collaborate with location managers, regional managers, and residents to provide essential support and ensure seamless communication.
- Engage with residents in a helpful, friendly, and outgoing manner, showing a genuine desire to assist others.
- Adapt to a diverse and changing schedule, with every day presenting new challenges and responsibilities.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience
- Availability to work nights and weekends as required.
- Ability to travel frequently to Siegel Group properties across 21 states.
- Must have a personal vehicle available for work-related travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel with strong written communication skills.
- Outgoing, helpful personality with a passion for community engagement and working with diverse populations.
- Ability to provide essential support and communication to location and regional managers as well as residents.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Able to stand for extended periods.
