At Siegel’s Bagelmania, we’re the go-to spot for Las Vegas locals and visitors alike, serving up iconic deli classics with warm hospitality. As a Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first and last friendly face our guests see, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Do (Essential Functions)

Be the Warm Welcome:

• Greet every guest with a smile and genuine warmth as they arrive.
• Keep guests updated on wait times, seating availability, and their place in line—it’s all about keeping things smooth and stress-free.

Master of the Queue:

• Answer incoming calls, sharing accurate information about our menu, hours, and more.
• Manage reservations and large-party bookings like a pro.

Seating Specialist:

• Seat guests based on preferences while balancing the flow of service areas.
• Accommodate special seating requests whenever possible to make every visit special.
• Provide menus, ensure the table is perfectly set, introduce the server, and offer help with a smile.

Team Connector:

• Communicate seamlessly with servers, bussers, and bartenders to keep the vibe running smoothly.

Keep Things Fresh:

• Maintain a clean and organized entry and storage area—we’re all about first impressions.

Send Guests Off with a Smile:

• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return—because we know they will.

Extra Touches:

• Abide by food service policies and step in for “other duties as assigned” with a can-do attitude.

What You Bring to the Table (Required Experience)

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
• Clear and effective communication skills in English (bonus points for being bilingual).
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• A strong sense of urgency and prioritization—you keep things moving.
• SNHD Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness cards (required).

The Physical Side of Hosting (Requirements)

• Be ready to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stay positive and polished, even during the busiest times.
