In this role, you will support our technology infrastructure and assist our IT department and legal team with day-to-day tasks. You will gain exposure to a variety of legal software, network management, cybersecurity protocols, and hardware maintenance. Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with providing day-to-day IT support for staff, including troubleshooting any issues.
- Assist with performing basic updates, backups, and system monitoring.
- Assist with handling data uploads and downloads.
- Assist with conference room setup and maintaining IT equipment lists.
- Assist with installing, maintaining and removing software as needed.
- Help ensure the security of firm data and networks.
