Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to two or more lawyers.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls when appropriate.
- Maintain regular communication with supervising attorneys.
- File maintenance involving; keeping all calendar items current, notes up to date, and files in the proper order.
- Case Management
- Monitor calendars : Ensuring all items are current and up to date.
- Draft pleadings, monitor and obtain discovery responses, and organize materials for team review to support case preparation.
