Position Overview : As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, and providing exceptional customer service to our residential and commercial clients. You will collaborate closely with our management, installation and service teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. This role offers an excellent commission structure, providing an opportunity to make well above six-figures in annual income.

Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Generation : Identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and leads provided by the company.
- Customer Consultation : Conduct thorough assessments of customers' HVAC needs and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations tailored to their requirements.
- Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and value proposition of our HVAC products and services.
- Quoting and Proposal Development : Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals based on customer specifications and project requirements.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Project Coordination : Collaborate with the installation and service teams to coordinate project timelines, scheduling, and logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Sales Reporting : Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and enhance our competitive position.
- Performance Metrics : Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics established by the company.
- HVAC Service Support : Support the service team as needed to maintain highest standards of client, partner, and customer satisfaction.
