- Assist in constructing and reinforcing forms and bracing for concrete pours.
- Guide concrete delivery to ensure efficient and precise placement.
- Handle tools, equipment, and supplies with care, ensuring everything is ready for the job.
- Spread, level, and shape concrete surfaces to achieve a polished and professional finish.
- Detect and correct any imperfections in the finish to uphold quality standards.
- Operate tools like trowel machines, mechanical screeds, and early entry saws.
- Take pride in completing curbs and achieving flawless finishes during pours.
- Support the team with a proactive and positive attitude, always striving for excellence.
