We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineering leader to drive innovative work in 3DIC space as part of our Calibre R&D team.
Responsibilities:
You will be part of a Calibre 3DIC team that is an industry leader. The individual will collaborate closely with fellow engineers, senior engineers, our field team, and key customers to oversee creative engineering-oriented research or advanced product development.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of around 15-20 years in software development, with a strong C programming background.
- Published, conference speaker, patent holder.
- Expert in Unix/Linux operating system environments.
- Experience in taking concept to implementation, mentoring, and guiding engineering teams.
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Expertise in simulation and circuit analysis.
- Experience in dealing with design databases.
- Consults with and provides guidance on advanced technical issues to leadership.
- Alignment to tenets of quality software development and craftsmanship.
- Proven attention to detail, the ability to accurately estimate and deliver software on schedule.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
