We are seeking a talented Automation and AI Software Development Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our next-generation marketing automation ecosystem. In this role, you will work on a dynamic development team, leveraging rich marketing data to build personalization and recommendation engines. Additionally, you will integrate automation tools into the Siemens marketing ecosystem.

The salary range for this position is $105,100 to $189,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. We are seeking a talented Automation and AI Software Development Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our next-generation marketing automation ecosystem. In this role, you will work on a dynamic development team, leveraging rich marketing data to build personalization and recommendation engines. Additionally, you will integrate automation tools into the Siemens marketing ecosystem.
Key Functions:
- Develop and enhance our marketing automation ecosystem.
- Utilize marketing data to create personalized experiences and recommendation engines.
- Integrate automation tools within the Siemens marketing framework.
- Experience with datamarts such as Snowflake, and working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in dataflow monitoring using CloudWatch metrics and creating monitoring dashboards.
- Proficiency with AWS Web Services, especially around Bedrock and AI modeling.
- Software programming proficiency with Python.
- Knowledge of agile software development lifecycles such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven work experience showing proficiency in Python.
- Extended work experience with AWS services (Bedrock and microservices foundations).
- Vast work experience in building/maintaining marketing automation services.
- Proven work experience developing in Python.
- Experience with datamarts such as Snowflake or Redshift.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
