We are seeking a talented Senior Python Engineer | Platform Engineering Automation & AI Software to join our team and contribute to the development of our next-generation marketing automation ecosystem. In this role, you will work on a dynamic development team, leveraging rich marketing data to build personalization and recommendation engines. Additionally, you will integrate automation tools into the Siemens marketing ecosystem.

Key Functions:

  • Develop and enhance our marketing automation ecosystem.
  • Utilize marketing data to create personalized experiences and recommendation engines.
  • Integrate automation tools within the Siemens marketing framework.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive professional experience in Python development, with a proven track record of building scalable software solutions.
  • Strong expertise in data marts such as Snowflake or Redshift, with working knowledge of SQL.
  • Deep experience with AWS services, particularly Bedrock and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in AI modeling and leveraging AWS Web Services for AI-driven solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in data flow monitoring using CloudWatch metrics and creating monitoring dashboards.
  • Significant background in building and maintaining marketing automation services.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in an Agile development environment.

This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.

The salary range for this position is $105,100 to $189,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave, paid parental leave, PTO (for non-exempt employees) or non-accrued flexible vacation (for exempt employees)
