The salary range for this position is $87,600 to $157,700 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. Key Responsibilities:
Quality Metrics Development & Reporting
- Identify, define, and track key quality performance indicators across the organization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to provide real-time visibility into quality performance.
- Analyze trends and deviations, providing actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
- Partner with R&D, DevOps, field teams, and contract manufacturers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing insights and recommendations based on quality performance.
- Facilitate discussions and problem-solving efforts across teams to drive quality improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal standards, and best practices.
- Support audits and quality reviews by providing documentation, reports, and analysis as needed.
- Monitor and assess risks related to product and process quality, escalating issues when necessary.
- Lead or participate in root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues.
- Work closely with teams to implement and validate corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experienced in creating and delivering reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Proven experience working with cross-collaborative teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong focus on attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, data visualization, VLOOKUP and macros).
- Proficient in analyzing key quality metrics, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions.
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce applications.
- Background in quality assurance, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge in quality tools and methodologies such as ISO 9001, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, SPC, and Lean principles.
