As a Scrum Master, you will work with Development Teams, Product Owners and EBS Cloud organization to foster Agile practices and mindset. As Agile Leader you will work as line manager with individuals and support their growth.
You will be involved in developing cloud piece EDA software, which is used by our customers to design a variety of amazing products, from smartphones to satellite systems. Your responsibilities:
Support the team in project management and delivery, including scheduling, risk and dependency management, communication, and stakeholder management.
Apply Scrum and agile practices by facilitating events, driving improvements, encouraging experiments, and fostering agile practices at both team and organizational levels.
Collaborate with Product Owners to help them understand their roles, express vision and requirements, prioritize, define scope and MVP, manage the backlog, and support product discovery.
Develop an agile mindset within the engineering team and Product Owners, focusing on value, quality, incremental delivery, and adaptation through experiments and feedback.
Work with other teams to manage dependencies and drive cross-team process improvements.
Foster team cohesion through strategic team building and conflict resolution, creating a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Preferred candidate should have:
Scrum Master Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master in multi-cultural organizations.
Growth Mindset and Collaboration: Robust growth mindset and collaborative attitude.
Empowerment and Leadership: Demonstrated experience in empowering team members through self-organization and decision-making.
Guidance and Autonomy: Ability to provide guidance without micromanaging, ensuring individuals have autonomy needed to achieve their personal goals.
Operational Flexibility: Ability to work effectively at both team and organizational levels.
Technical Background: Technical background is a plus but not required.

The salary range for this position is $126,100 to $227,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
