We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Factory Digitalization Lead to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. As the Digitalization Lead, you will assist with developing and executing strategies to leverage digital technologies and processes at our Fort Worth Factory. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions, identify new opportunities for digitalization, and enhance efficiency. As the digital lead you will work closely with the Factory operation’s automation team to rapidly deploy emerging technologies.

- Assisting with the development and implementation of a comprehensive digitalization strategies aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Spending time on the production floor leading and insuring adoption of new technologies.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements.
- Leading change management efforts to drive digital transformation across the organization.
- Leveraging data analytics and business intelligence tools to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.
- Providing guidance and support to empower teams to effectively leverage digital tools and technologies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 plus years’ experience in a leadership role driving digital transformation initiatives within a matrixed organization.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), cloud computing, data analytics, AI/machine learning, IoT, and automation.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- Experience with digital strategy development, technology evaluation, and project management.
- Change management expertise, with the ability to drive cultural and organizational change.
- Certifications in relevant areas such as project management (PMP), agile methodologies, or digital transformation are a plus.
- Experience with data governance frameworks and practices.

- The pay range for this position is $100,450 - $172,200 and comes with a 10% annual bonus. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
