We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Hourly Technician – Lean. This position will be based at our new and growing facility in Fort Worth, TX.
You’ll Make An Impact By
- Supporting projects to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory while working with multifunctional teams to achieve plant goals.
- Developing standards and work instructions while participating in and supporting Lean activities and training across the facility.
- Conducting problem investigations, cause analysis, implementation, and follow-up.
- Developing/maintaining systems associated with production processes.
- Crafting layouts and flows to establish good visual management.
- Collaborating with manufacturing, contractors, and suppliers from project implementation.
Basic Qualifications
- 6 months in a manufacturing facility.
- Proficient in basic shop math, tools, and equipment.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft office.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English Language.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- Two-year technical degree or equivalent.
- 1 years supporting manufacturing in a tech role.
- Experience applying Lean Six Sigma concepts in a Manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD or similar software applications.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical assembly processes.
- SAP Knowledge.

- The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
