Baseline Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a university undergraduate student
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Authorized to work in the United State without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
  • Preferred graduation year: 2027
  • Must be able to work in our Detroit. Cincinnati or Chicago or open to remote

Join our Heavy Equipment Industry Team as an Intern and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of demonstrating value to our customers through our industry solutions. Collaborate with our strategy and solution team to create impactful software demonstrations, by enhancing functionality to existing CAD datasets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop unique scenarios to demonstrate additional customer value.
  • Create documentation to promote best practices for software utilization
  • Research trends within the Heavy Equipment Industry
  • Contribute to the ideation process of exploring new value based solution scenarios

Qualifications

  • Enrollment: Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using CAD-based applications such as Siemens NX or SolidEdge, PLM software such as Teamcenter, or Electrical Design software such as Capital
  • Initiative: A self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks and projects, coupled with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Embark on a transformative internship experience where you can apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges in the realm of digital enterprise software applications. Join us in shaping the future of the Heavy Equipment Industry.

Benefits

The hourly range for this position is $23.00 to $50.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees. Details regarding our benefits can be found here:
