How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support Production Supervisors/ Manager in effectively managing a workforce to accomplish daily, monthly and annual targets
- Maintain workflow by monitoring processes and eliminating bottlenecks
- Continuous improvement using Lean techniques and digitalization
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve process and product
- Develop strong team through training and development
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills
