How You’ll Make An Impact
- Supervise and coordinate the cycle counting process to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Develop and implement cycle count schedules and procedures.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor cycle count team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve inventory issues.
- Prepare and present inventory reports to management. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred, not required.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role preferred, not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
