How You’ll Make An Impact
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions using technologies such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI (Artificial Intelligence), and machine learning.
- Design and deploy data analytics platforms and tools to enable real-time data collection, analysis, and visualization. Provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Integrate digital solutions with existing systems and platforms to ensure seamless operation and data flow across the organization.
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions by stakeholders and end-users.
- Ensure that digital solutions comply with cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements. Implement measures to protect data privacy and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in process digitization, manufacturing automation or a related.
- Proficiency in programming languages, scripting (RPA), and SQL databases.
- Proficiency with distributed version control systems (GIT).
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools and data analytics and knowledge in VB.NET and C#.NET (MS Visual Studio) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Oracle SQL, T-SQL, and Snowflake is a plus.
